Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a blend from highly regarded vineyards in the
Color: Transparent core, medium body, rich ruby red.
Nose: Raspberry and cherry aromas dominate, with hints of cranberry, spice and subtle mushroom/earth. Mouth/Palate Profile: Flavors of black raspberry, pomegranate, leather and earth open mid-palate sliding to the back of the tongue, with an enveloping feel of etchy tannin and acid. The Broadley Willamette Valley selection is very approachable with good fruit/acid/tannin profile. The finish makes you want to taste again just to get the nice dark fruit flavors. 3000 cases produce. All de-stemmed fruit. Wild yeast fermentation. Fermented for 10-14 days in open top stainless steel (4.5 ton) and plastic bins (1.5)Two punch downs a day. In barrel 9 - 10 months in neutral oak barrels “A Satisfying Value Wine. ”
